It said Final decision : May 28th on GCKEY and Eligibility got completed. After sending an email myself to the portal team and creating an account on the portal website, got the picture/address in the portal. Long wait coming to an end. Nov 3rd AOR.

It took me 1 month. However the first one got created on the 26th of May, and I had big update on the 28th and they sent it to me June 2nd. I emailed asking if they could resend and they did within 3 weeks.

Friday update, I’m nov 3rd aor. Got my CBSA notes, final decision is approved. Huge relief, but still waiting on portal 1 Review was required but got cleared.

I believe you're missing security. Which starts only after Eligibility passed. Did your background check got completed before the eligibility started ? I'm in a similar situation, where background got cleared January but then the eligibility only started in May.
