Applied on the 9th as well still waiting. There's someone here that applied on 13th and got it back on the 19th. It leads me to believe it's not first come first serve basis

First of all congratulations. Can you please share what is in the authorization letter? Also are the giving people a specific window to travel after the approval?

Well they said people will be traveling starting Oct 20th so I assumed people that applied on the 8th would be traveling by now. I guess I was wrong

Yes. They got married in 2015 and have a marriage certificate and a translation (the certificate is not in English).
