I don't think they send an update if the photo is rejected we have to reach out to them if our PR card is getting delayed and majority of them get their PR cards with photo still in review which shows they don't inform us if it's approved/rejected

Seems like a glitch which happened to me as well and just refresh the page if the photo doesn't show up

Not really sure of the 120 days extension but now that you have applied and got the acknowledgment you should be able to show that to your employer if they ask and continue working until the final decision is made. Processing time seems to be around 168 days if I’m not wrong. Anyway you will...
