    So in your opinion I should apply once, before getting GCSM notes. And if it doesn’t work then again after getting GCSM notes after 18 th November. Is there any possibility that canadian immigration can block me from applying to visa in future in case I reapply without getting GCSM notes ? Thanks

    Hello I want to apply for January intake . In case I apply for CAIPS/GSCM notes it’s gonna take a month in that scenario I wouldn’t be able to apply for January intake. Would you suggest me to simply reapply without waiting for CAIPS/GSCM notes.
