What is CAIPS? how can I find authentic website for CAIPS. If we request for CAIPS do they complete the requirement of refusal and re-apply on your behalf.

Haha.. yeah for sure. I ll find a good one. I didn't pay the university fee. I just have paid the enrollment fee. Does it matter.

That was clearly mentioned in that. It might be possible my course was about to start in May. I applied for English language course in University of Regina.

I don't know why university did that to me.

No they have not asked me but they kept my application for more than six months.

What do you suggest me to do now.
