I was checking my letter box every single day for at least past 1 month. Today I received my PR card as well in Vancouver. The envelop had the word "Canada" written on it and required no signature. Thank you everyone who posted their delivery status on this thread.

For the information of others in similar situation of not having their Marriage Certificate while applying for TRV. I ended up applying without it and got the visa ! I pointed out to the passport, cnic and FRC (Family Relationship Certificate) columns indicating the relationship.

It is not the whole family, they have other children too who won't be travelling, and are quite well settled so not worried about visa rejection due to such issues.
