Did the email look like the typical VO email? Since for me it just was the London immigration email and I haven't gotten anything else

When did you send documents? My wife and I had to mail our photos to London then send the rest via a Case specific Enquiry. Hopefully it doesn't take long, as we are booking flights to move in August. She's Swedish if that helps, they didn't ask for passport.
