I think the letter is just to notify that your biometrics is valid for 10 years. Is the biometric completion updated in your online account? If yes, then you can consider that to be passed.

Hi, Have you received any response from CPC-Ottawa? Also, did you receive any automated email acknowledging that your email has been received by them?

When they send us any communication like biometric collection letter or Biometric Validity Letter, we receive email. But I don't think we get email if the stages are updated in the application.
