Yes, you download your email as a pdf then use any online pdf size converter. Don't reduce the size or at least try to keep it as original as possible. Once converted then rename the file and upload. Hopefully, this will help.

Once you receive AOR, you can try to link your application on the new tracker using PA's information. Don't link your application on GC Key if you've hired representatives because they'll lose access to your file if you do that.

All 3 (Representative, PA and sponsor) can create and access on the new tracker. You can do it yourself if you have required information with you.

Tracker is still in early phase and it has known to be buggy right now. If you just received AOR then I would give it another week before your file gets updated in the system. Did you try registering on new tracker? Since I put myself as a representative for my spouse, I was able to register myself on GCKey before I received AOR. Also if you do try to register on GCKey then put "2" under number of applicants even if it's only one. I hope it works for you.

Don't worry then, they'll request it at one point or another before finalizing your application. There's nothing you can do about that. You're still in early phase of your application so I would worry much. Even if you miss it, I think they send a reminder saying that they haven't received medical.
