I had my photos in Jean Coutu but I think that others should have the same, otherwise it would be close to impossible to write all these phrases in micro-font :) For the PR as far as I recall the only info were the contacts of the studio and the date being there.

In fact there is a standard stamp for passports in photo studio, it has everything that you need, including studio contacts and wording already printed. The only thing you guarantor needs to do is to write your name and sign. There is enough place for this. And yes, it SHOULD be on one photo...

I have received today my passport and certificate by Canada Post courrier. The passport is dated 31 Jan and sent from Gatineau yesterday at noon.

Same here , sent to Gatineau QC Thursday 13th after hours (Canada Post xpresspost ) , delivered Monday 17-th (with signature) to Ottawa ON, then "item rescheduled for delivery next business day" and next day, once again delivered with signature (same signature btw :) , once again to Ottawa ON...

Just to finish the story - the certificate has been delivered already (so in about a week). However it looks like now it is only possible to apply for the passport by mail, unless you have a proof that you need it sooner that 25 business days
