Withdraw your application with IRCC is online and the form you can collect thru postal mail also. With CBSA also there's an online procedure by postal or fax. Obviously online process will be time consuming. In my case aggressive follow up has taken around 35 days.

Sent email on 27-Feb-2025 and recieved call from irb today i.e. 05-Mar-2025. They approved the application and asked me how to send the documents. i preferred in person collection at Montreal office.
