Unless you've completed a medical exam before that is within the admissable timeframe, you will have to complete one for PR as far as I know

The Airbnb I used started leasing the place on the 1st of January so it's no longer available but you can check on Kijiji for any options. I downloaded the Textnow app which gave me a local phone number that I could send and receive calls, that is the number I gave on ArriveCan.

Yes I had a travel authorization letter from my school

Well they had a quarantine package and it was about $1,000 CAD but I went with my own setup with an Airbnb which cost me significantly less.
