Congrats is this for Super Visa. For my mother in law, passport received by IRCC on Jan 20, so hopefully we can expected some update next week. Please let me know how long it took for you to get the passport in hand.

I contacted the vfs customer support through online chat and was told 21 working days once it reaches IRCC Delhi. On top of that the transit times can be added for the courier.

Understand the frustration as we were in similar situation for my MIL. Hope you will receive an update soon. You could request an update via webform and mention that your application has passed the processing timeframe.

You could submit a webform to enquire about the status and mention that you are past the processing timeframe. Since your medicals is updated a week ago, I would think the approval should be coming soon. I had my parents medical updated on Jan 09 and got the PPR Jan 22. So typically a couple...

I would wait for a couple more days before raising a webform. Looks like the processing is speeding up now and you may be getting an update soon. Sending a webform now could slow down the process in my opinion.

You should receive the PPR letter soon I think.

Update to my above message I just received the Original Passport Request for both my parents.
