    I got my full refund a week after i got the rejection letter. When I call IRCC they say my application is still active in the system and have requested for it to be canceled and even escalated the issue but still no action on my account. In my account it shows as submitted.

    ITA but one of my family member passport is expired and in the process of renewal.

    I have an ITA but one of my family member's passports is expired and in the renewal process. What are my options? Will IRCC accept a LOE saying the passport is being renewed? Can I apply for the rest of the family without him and apply for him when the PR is approved?

    I have an MSc and Ph.D. in STEM. I have all the certificates evaluated as Canadian equivalents. I did not get any points for the education. Does anyone know why?
