I don’t think it matters, even i didn’t had this letter and the officer said that i don’t need this

You dont need the letter guys , they have your information through your passport and uci id , even if you don’t have that letter you can still get your work permit or study permit

Does anyone know how long it takes to get a reply from IRCC after we get PR confirmation portal email? like after we send them UCI and other details?

I would say , lets be all positive , we are hearing good news from people and every officer has different speed , we will get it eventually ! some might get it early but its fine :)
