Just an update, Yesterday I got the IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal email asking for some information to create my account! It took 1 month after IRCC confirmed they've received my Police Certificate (after I sent a webform asking about it). I'll let you know how long it takes them...

It wasn't misplaced for sure. When I first asked the embassy about my Police Certificate they exaplained to me that they received a physical document from the Mexican Police. So if the embassy said they got it, that means the have the actual physical document. Worst case they'll have to upload...

I just received an email from IRCC responding to the WebForm I submitted a couple weeks ago. They confirmed that my Police Certificate has been received by them. Hopefully you'lll get an answer to your WebForm soon with the same news :)

Nothing from IRCC... After the embassy told me they sent the results (July 8th, 2021) I called IRCC and the agent told me that they don't have it yet. I just submitted a new WebForm with the email from the Embassy, hopefully it'll push them to try and contact them to clarify if there are any...

From what I know that's all you can do. When I sent my documents I emailed them twice and then they replied a month later with the confirmation. It just takes time I guess :/
