App Received

Mine was transferred Sep 16, but no update yet from Manila VO.

Did yours changed back to App Received when they forwarded it to Manila, then just changed today to In Process? 'Cause mine is still App Received.

My cic PR application column changed to Application Received. Is it because it was transferred to LVO?

Should we be expecting AOR from all LVO outside Canada?
