I (an urgent applicant) got an interview invite about a month after taking the test. Decision made the next day and oath invite about a week later (well it's all in my signature)

Yes it would. I just got my oath invite today, for April 23th. Got it 8 days after decision made but had an urgent application so not sure if you can use that timeline
