We had similar issue where AOR had UCI number missing. But UCI number remains same from your study to work permit. We applied for open work permit and got approved.

I did common law and got AOR.

Are you guys able to register on tracker? Its more than a week and I am still getting error.

ah thanks, i think i still need to wait for few days before tracker gets updated. It was also mentioned that i should pay for Biometrics which I just did, any idea how long i need to wait? I submitted receipt via web form.
