How long after seeing DM for sponsor on ECAS did it take to get the SA notification? We have DM on ECAS now for sponsor but nothing by email or regular mail to indicate formal SA. Curious if there is a lag time? Got AIP for PA last week.

Your letter doesn’t explain all this? Mine clearly said “certificate from where you spent the majority of your adult life since 18” and that I should submit it via webform. I’d review your letter, you don’t need a certificate from Canada if they don’t specify that you do.

Not sure if it was mentioned but I’d also look at ordering your GCMS notes to see what the officer actually wrote when they determined your husband is ineligible. May be helpful when your MP contacts CIC. Sorry to hear this has happened, hope you get it sorted soon.
