I think that's a good sign. IRCC somehow moves applications faster now. Don't know if they got really good raise or something. I got PR email on 02 May and eCoPR on 03 May (just 1 day after PR portal email)

It's hard to tell. You need to call IRCC to know status of your application. For me, there's never any update on my GC account except for medical changed from passed to do not need (07 june 2022) and changed back to "passed" on 01 may 2023 and 1 day after this medical passed update, I got Portal...

Why dont you keep both of them and withdraw whichever completes first?. Being qualified for EE doesn't mean you would get PR for sure. I have seen people still got their EE application refused/rejected

haha I saw a man on FB group kept asking when his application is going to get approved everyday, and then when he got approval, he kept asking when he would get ecoPR everyday again. And then, now he's asking when he will get PR card everyday.

Everyone on Facebook groups of TR to PR has background check: not Applicable. It must be a technical issue Edited: Many of them (not all) have background check N/A but mine is still "we are processing...". FYI, I have never seen any updates on status on my portal though.
