@canuck78 does it what they supposed to do right now? Before doing all other assessments they should check someone’s eligibility and do the rest later. This more makes sense for them to reduce backlog as well. Can you please validate if I am not wrong.

I see, my work permit will expire soon and I need to reapply since there is no update yet. Last time they rejected it and I lost my job hope this time they will do at least this one properly.

I was thinking that processing time stays same because they are not finalizing any applications at the moment. They still use old data to update weekly. Once they started, it will go up.

It doesn’t seem like they actually do any progress for a while. This is for second stage what we see in this forum so far.

When you get AIP, PR is almost guaranteed. Just be patient hopefully you will be there soon.
