The only option u have is calling ircc and expediting the process. If u leave Canada without getting stamp its risky Asell.- Flyfa

You can but u have to inform ircc and ircc will transfer your file to ur local office.. and then the processing time is according to that country- Flyfa

Nope don't transfer file to India.my friend did this mistake it took him 6 month bcoz processing time.in india is different then Canada- Flyfa

nope you cannot, your home country cannot ship passport to ircc and you cannot come back with s1 visa, i applied on sept 10 as well i have family emergency but still i am stuck as well- Flyfa

Your visa officer who will access ur file, will have an access of ur file. Everything he will know bcoz on ur new application u will be mentioning u have 1 time visa rejected.and you can just clarify their points , u wil get ur documents- Flyfa

But that processing time is only good to read. It's never accurate. If u haven't got decission past 4 month order gcms note . There is some shit going on with application .- Flyfa
