I did get it. It took me around 2.5 months. But I did have to contact my MP to help me with the process though

Somw Sometimes we don’t get updates because they don’t update the portal or the GCKey account so you really don’t know if it has been processed/approved/mailed and they can find out for you. Also if it has been too long of a wait they can ask to speed up the process on your behalf. In my case...

Contact your local MP, I received ecopr september 16th and after not getting any updates I contacted my local MP and they help me get ahold of IRCC on my behalf, I got my pr card on the mail a few weeks later

Contact your local MP, the processing times went down to 56 days so you should've had it by now.

If you look for your local MP office's contact, you'll see a phone number and an email address. I called them and talked to his assistant, she was the one that collected my information and kept in touch with updates.
