Hey Ayanna maybe what you’re saying is correct but if you read the changes it’s not to ramp up deportations or anything! It’s definitely a positive thing for refugee claimants but at the same time it’s gonna be helpful for failed refugee claimants as well. Let’s keep our fingers crossed and wait...

That’s what i was thinking coz people from warzone countries have 90% chances of approval anyways so with the new legislation this should be a positive thing for most of the H&C applicants.

Good news for future refugee claimants government is making it easier by not asking for any sort of proof from the claimants anymore. Hopefully it will have a positive impact on H&C applications as well!
