For IRCC it make sense, and it is so normal people with same date AOR same program can have very different timeline. You can see in this thread some Sept AOR got P1/PPR on Oct, Nov, Dec and Jan. Like me I got it yesterday. That is how IRCC works. Don't worry and relax.

It changed back to "We are processing...." again in one week and after 2 more day background completed. So dont need to worry. It is just a sign they started to do background check in my case.

I also have a update on my medical again, it was already MEP on Oct 20th, but expired on early November. Now the new expire date is changed to Jan 2025. Hope I can get a Final Decision soon.

I just merged the two file into one. My AFP file don't have any security feature as you mentioned, but my is from last year so they may changed. Maybe you can try to print to PDF File with the AFP report and this should remove the security festure.

When was your eligibilty competed? Any GU before getting Copr in tracker?

No, it just changed from Not Start to Completed. I know most people are the same.
