Hi On 18-10-2021 I applied fr visitors visa through Gc key account,file has been submitted and payment is successful but application number is nt yet generated .plz can body let me kow what to do next..it's soo annoying after payment still submission confirmation mesg has nt yet been received

I resubmitted my minor kids application for vistor visa on sep 14 but there is no response frm them..I actually applied through gckey account ,but nt frm.new ircc portal..will.tht male a big difference ?shall.i reapply through new portal?
