I called IRCC and they told me it doesn't matter. It won't influence anything and they won't even make an amendment for these fields.

Is it possible that your medical is expired? It happens sometimes and they'll extend the validity of your medical.

Just an FYI, my application number starts with 0022. I received AOR about a month ago, and it's still in AOR stage.

gu can happen both ways. Email or only myCIC update. Sometimes there are status changes. Sometimes it only shows application/profile updates and there is nothing change inside. This is considered as gu as well.
