That's right. The actual date on tracker does day Sep 18. The tracker updated date shows Sep 20. But how did you know that? :)

It does not matter if you change your address. You can send IRCC a webform informing about it. In my case I had to move to a new address just before my oath, and during oath they double check the address with you so there is always opportunity to update it.

Usually 2-3 days after you submit, the OCI website should show the date of acknowledgment.
