The same as we replied to the first portal email~ I think it might let them think I want to create a portal account, thus increase the rate that they actually read my email~

The portal email and also webform, I think they even didn’t read my email. I got duplicated portal registration email from portal, and introduction of portal from webform…

Do you mind sharing how did you wrote to them? Since last time I wrote an email to portal, they just replied me a formal answer and didn’t help. I am waiting my ecopr since 19 May from Etobicoke office, no updates and very frustrated. Thanks ~!

I reply to portal, asking why I got duplicated emails, but no response until now. And I sent inquiry to webform, they replied me an email about how does portal work, they didn’t answer my question. And I also called IRCC, the representative just told me to ignore that email and wait patiently…...

I just found out that are you in the same situation as mine? I received the 1st portal email on 18th May and received the 2nd on 19th May, uploaded all info on the same day. BUT!! I received the 1st portal email again on 21st June!
