So. I spoke to a CIC agent 1,5 month ago and he told me application approved. 2 weeks later I raised a CSE asking about the appication. They replied decision has been made, rest assured Visa Office will contact you. Last week on Friday, I raised a CSE because I didn’t get any emails on progress...

Since AUGUST? Have you tried contacting CIC?

it says they don’t reply if application is within normal processing times :-)

Ghost update 19th november, agent told me file approved 21st of Nov. After that nothing... :/

I am in Canada at the moment so I just called their number. I have to admit I tried 3 times a day during a week and a half before I got to talk to an agent..

I called CIC yesterday. Agent told me process is done with positive outcome and said congratulations. Guess all left to do is wait for the PPR email...
