Nope, been in process for 5.5 months now :(

After I submitted an additional document I heard nothing back. A week later, I emailed to find out if they got my document okay and they said yes. So they don't always acknowledge. Hope this helps

Lots of people. Processing times are officially 7 months but some people have been waiting even longer than that.

This is the part that confuses me too. But then again, after a decade living in this country, it's been clear from day one that they like to take their sweet time with evvvvvverything. It's like they have 2 employees.

This thread is for people who have already been selected from the draws, applied, and have had their application moved to "in process." Some of us have been waiting for an update since last July.

Has anyone received a nomination through this stream ever since they hiked the processing times to 7 months in July? Is anyone waiting for a nomination?

Processing times are now up to 7 months

I applied the first week of August, got moved to "in process" exactly a month later. And nothing since. I applied for ELSS so of course I am not a priority, and if any application will take 7 months, I'm sure it will be mine. But I am still hoping for a miracle!

Ah okay! Truly hoping it doesn't take the full 7 month, hope we all hear something soon.

Looks like your application moved to "In process" almost exactly one month after you submitted it. So have a lot of others, including my own. Seems to be the new standard. For me, that was over 2 months ago and I've heard nothing since. I'm wondering how you know your case officer will submit...
