It took a year to finalize the whole process. The tracker didn’t change at all until they received their certificates.

I called them today. The officer left me for 3 minutes, then came back and said, "The officer is working on your application, and you are still within the processing time. We'll contact you if we need anything else!" I am not sure if that is an update :(
