It received a Request for New Photo from IRCC via email and I replied to their email in the same day. I called IRCC but no one has checked my photo. Please let me know what I should do.

Are you a PA or dependent? Seemingly it occurs when a dependent reaches out to IRCC. They give priority to the PA when contacting IRCC

Hi Kkg7, I just called IRCC this morning, they let me know that my application has been transferred to VO Etobicoke. My COPR is expired within 1 year from the date received P1. However, VO Etobicoke has not uploaded to my portal You can call them again for details and then decide to try KAI...

If we are put in a printing queue, why some submitted P2 later than us but they got their eCOPR before us? I really dont understand
