I left BLANK for Province / State and I wrote manually for Indian state. The application was accepted with no question asked at Passport office, and Passport application has been approved as well.

Thank you intl_stu. I opted for e certificate in the application however during my interview with IRCC officer I requested to switch to paper certificate and in-person ceremony. I remembered she specifically mentioned I can still go for e-certificate for in-person ceremony.

The interview went well. The officer who took my interview was nice and polite. She had questions on purpose of international travel after getting PR, and about entry & exit dates. Verified the original IDs and language proof. However, she didn't mention anything about fingerprints received...

Finally, the golden email has been received. My in-person oath ceremony has been scheduled for December 2nd at Scarborough. Tracker is yet to update for background and LPP. I didn’t expect my application will be approved this quick after my interview with IRCC yesterday. It’s not even 24 hours.
