Hello house, just want to say I picked up my RTD at Canada Post few minutes ago. It was dispatched on Dec. 4. I got the notifiaction at my mailbox yesterday to pick at the nearest Canada post. Collected old and new RTD's.

No update yet!

I just contacted Purolator Canada ( 1-888-744-7123) and was told there's no way they would pick up packages /docs without creating label/tracking number. It's really getting more confusing now with our RTD's Also said at no point will they delay packages/docs that long to deliver it.

Contacted IRCC today and was told to wait till next week which will make it 6 weeks from the day of dispatched via Purolator. This is becoming a concern as I have a valid UK visa in the old RTD.

Still waiting, dispatched on Dec 4 vis Purolator!

Still waiting for Purolator to deliver my RTD too as IRRC said they already dispatched it on December 4.

Has anyone recently received RTD through Purolator? Called IRCC again today and still same old story no tracking number and don't have any update as to when it will be delivered.

Was it Purolator or Canada Post that left a note for you to pick up? Mine was also dispatched on Dec. 4 till now I haven't received it. Thank you.

Same situation with you. IRCC said they dispatched mine on Dec 4 using purolator and till now I haven't received. No tracking number also, went to purolator office close to me and was told that their packages always have tracking that nothing can be done without tracking. Old one with valid visa...

Just contacted IRCC and I was told it was shipped (new and old) on Dec 4 through Purolator and package can't be tracked.

With citizenship you're good to go. You mentioned in your initial post were granted refugee 2 years ago!
