This is normal they probably waiting on third party info like biography from usa thats why they take rcmp finger print all normal dont panic mate once they recieved the info from usa they will pass the criminality

I am outside canada came on holiday got Copr on 26th October yestarday and today my ecas shows complete and I enter canada on 26th yestarday and became permanent residence lol and I am outside came on holiday But Representative email them yestarday any way that I am out side went to visit...
