I am NOT an expert, not by a long shot. My advice, my only advice:
Beyond that, all I offer are informational observations. Which, I hope, some will find helpful. Much of what I post is FWIW (for what it's worth) and FWII (for who is interested).
However, I do pay close attention to a lot of detailed information related to particular issues, and sometimes I will carefully analyze information related to those issues. So my posts tend to be far longer and more in-depth than most, and this can appear as having some expertise. BUT I really am not an expert and NOT qualified to offer personal advice.
- If in doubt, follow the instructions; otherwise, yep, follow the instructions.
- Honest, accurate, and completely responsive answers work best; no games, no guile, emphasis on straight facts.
- Bureaucracy is what bureaucracy does; remember decisions in your case are made by a total stranger bureaucrat.
