Hey, no nothing tried to call them couple of times but all they said was wait until end of the month as it is still within processing time. It has been 119days so far. -

I am in a similar situation. Applied for my Mom and Dad on Nov19. Mom got passport request on Jan 24 but Dad’s file still pending. Last update on Dad’s file was medical passed on Feb 07
