My parents don't have US visa, I told them just say Flagpoling to the US officer. the officer just asked some simple questions such like:" have you ever been to other countries for the past two months?" after several mints waiting then just let them back to Canadian border.

they went to peace bridge directly early this morning. now they just came back and told me everything was great there. thanks

Today I received an email from Cic “We updated your application status” and my CIC Shows application approved. But still cannot track return envelope.

hi @robertp just checked, MYCIC today changed to "A final decision has been made", " "Final decision February 28, 2020 Your application was approved" the passport return envelope hasn't been activate yet on Canada post. thank you

Hi thanks our case is a little difference.....the first email we got from PGP was request my marriage certification...after the second was medical request email...so we didn't receive the official AOR at beginning like other applicants..

yes, they don't send confirmation email. I called CIC 10 business days after i sent email and they confirmed well received by phone.
