From my experience with others, it seems they follow the exact same pattern. Mine changed to "Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping..!!" on February 3rd. I paid for shipping when I applied and received it today. So 6 days from that status change. Of course, the BLS website provided...

Okay... So my OCI arrived today.

This particular one is from the BLS website. Up until processing, you need to track on the OCI Services website.

Yeah... I have the same status. Feb 3 is Document received at Toronto for me and I don't have anything so far. Just waiting. Hoping I'll have my OCI by Friday.

I believe just the SC should suffice. I acquired Canadian Citizenship decades ago and at the time they only stamped the Indian passport like yours. I never really got a SC. So I just applied using that page on my case. You should really do both, they work on a whim unfortunately, it seems.

Yeah... I mailed it earlier in December as well, BLS website date of application states December 17. OCI website states January 11 as "Date of Acknowledgement". Already received my originals by Purolator. Seems I'm getting close :)

So pretty much about 5 weeks and that too through the Christmas holidays...

Great, so you and I are in the same boat. I applied by mail and got "received" confirmation from BLS on Dec 15 So many weird things during this experience... Will be glad when it's over.

Anyone having this issue? Whenever I try to enquire status of OCI using https://ociservices.gov.in/statusEnqury and enter my passport and application number, it changes the passport number as I hit enter on the track button... some 8CQ number and I get wrong data error. I've tried different...

FYI folks... Canadian Passport holders are now once again allowed to use e-Visa service starting December 20th. Of course, this had to happen only after I mailed in paper application and paid almost $200... oh well. Hopefully other folks looking for visa can benefit from this announcement...
