Officially it takes 42 days as per the check processing time option. So I guess you should get it before April. If you haven't got it even after 42 days then you can raise a webform and they are supposed to act on it.

Mostly a matter of a week. It's not very straightforward to calculate as a number of factors like stream, AOR submission, and VO office all influence the COPR.

Any link given in your PR application to upload ? A wild guess or may be you have to respond to the same email with your passport just a thought. May be someone with a prior experience advise better.

My feel is that since the annual quota for FSW + CEC is very small in 2022 compared to 2021, it got exhausted by September and applicants from October onwards are waiting. I read somewhere,like 55000 only in 2022 compared to the 110000 of 2021 ( and 2021 was only a CEC year and it was lighting...

It gets tricky then. As per my understanding you need to apply for PRTD document from your home country which could take upto 6-8 weeks. Also, I not sure is it really ok to leave the country after declaring that you are in Canada.

Yes - I have also received a GU (AOR Oct 31). Looks like Medicals changed from "Passed" to "You do not need a medical exam". Like someone mentioned , it may be due to some relaxation for the medical exam for the inland applicants.
