i hold PGWP but it was issued partially as my passport was expiring in 2 years ,to get remaining 1 year border agent told me to renew passport and apply again. My question is which form i need to fill as i found out extension for PGWP should be PAPER file,is it 5710e FORM? If its so what option...

I started on 5 Nov ,2018 as Warehouse Coordinator, and went on vocation for around 55 days to home country(india) ,and was still employ of the company do i need to wait till 28 December (including 55days) for 1560hrs 30hr/week? or was I eligible on 5 Nov ,2019 for 1 year experience?

NOC 1215 ,and ielts is 6.5 in writing ,9 in listening,8.5 Reading ,7 speaking Have sister already PR in Ontario and also 1 Year indian Experience (already mentioned in Student file when i applied for study visa)
