I'm sorry that you're still in this mire. Have your tried ordering GCMS notes? Recently, I saw a dude (applied in Feb) who recieved his notes saying that his case is passed but is still under security screening(not standard background check), which causes huge delay for him.

Can't say it is a good sign of getting approved unless it is a medical passed letter but still it is good sign that they are reviewing you case

It will be really risky since you transfer to Business from Pharmacy without any related background. So you need a really strong SOP to convince VO you will have career progression after taking IBM.

We applied sp+owp when our VVs were still under processing. We initially wanted to wait for VVS result but it took too long so we had to submit our sp+owp
