Yeah, I also think the PORTAL Email VO is given to the closest office to the Applicant's location. Since I am very close to ETOBICOKE, it was assigned to ETOBICOKE VO. ...anyway...all the best. hope you get it soon...if not just email them in the email address they provided in the Portal 1 email.

As per the GCMS Notes I got back in May, my PRIMARY VO was : MONTREAL and Secondary was VANCOUVER. But the portal email 1, it was from ETOBICOKE office.
