I currently fall under STEM for my primary NOC. I want to apply for a Team Manager role in another company sector. Will I still be eligible for a STEM draw in the future? Do I have to change my primary noc if I change role or do I just keep the STEM noc as my primary?

I understood that the Critical Pilot program was more specific to "designated employer" but others mention qualified employers - those that have been in operation for at least one year. I could be wrong, and please correct me if I'm mistaken. At least submit an EOI.
