You don't need a copy of original application, all documents required are listed in the invitation.Take a copy of your passports (valid and expired), 2 id's with photo, pr card and proof of language. If you still in doubt, Read carefully your invitation.

Don't worry about these dates. It doesn't mean that the last date in this year will be november 8th. Keep constantly seeing immigration website. There are regional itinerant services...

Of course they send you back. When you fill up your application there is a check list to ''check''. Normally you have to send a copy of your pr card.
