My AOR is 18 Apr, so 4 months today. I don't think its outside normal processing times. At least not yet. :-)

No updates. Yes, it's been about 5 weeks since MEP. I'm tempted to apply for GCMS notes. Maybe after this week...

It shouldn't be a problem. I have read a couple of testimonies from folks who have done just that and had no qualms. One actually reported contacting OINP and they confirmed to him that they had no issues. If you wish to be double sure, you can call OINP. Best wishes mate!

Surely you'd remember if you've been denied a Visa or permit or asked to leave a country? Could I ask about the Manitoba PNP though...was it easy to get them to allocate your 600pts to a new EE profile? What was the procedure, pls?

You mean if you ignore the NOI? In the letter, you will see where it says you're not under any obligation to accept but there is no guarantee you get another invite.
