The spreadsheet can be updated by just requesting edit access on the sheet. Whoever owns the sheet gives access pretty quick tbh.

You have to request edit access in the google sheet. The owner of the sheet will then give you edit access.

I got my AOR on Nov 15 and I try to login to the application tracker. Have been getting this error: We’re experiencing a technical difficulty We’re working to fix this as soon as possible. Try refreshing the page or come back later. Is anyone in the same boat?

Right now as per IRCC website they are going through application submitted the week of October 28th. November AOR's should be rolling in this week and next week.
