Hi everyone, PPR received on the 3rd of August! No communication from IRCC since AOR on the 23rd of December 2020. Only had a few updates using CGMS notes (details in signature). I hope you all get good news soon!

    Wrong Primary Occupation NOC

Well, I guess if they want additional documents for my sibling, they will have to ask for them :) I provided proof of address and PR card as they requested when we applied, I can't make up new documents if they don't ask for them. As for NOC, only time will tell.

    Wrong Primary Occupation NOC

We ended up submitting a webform explaining the situation, they're free to either take into account that this was an honest mistake because of the overlap between NOCs 2173 and 2174 (internet is full of people wondering which one to pick o_O) or just reject us after 14 months of waiting... For...

No they didn't ask for any additional documents. We sent a webform explaining the whole situation and hopefully they take it into account. Both NOCs qualify for Express Entry anyway, so if they still decide that this is grounds for rejection, they're just looking for excuses and there's nothing...

    Wrong Primary Occupation NOC

Well, that's the thing, they didn't state that the experience doesn't match the NOC, just that the applicant declared a different NOC for work experience than the primary one (there is some overlap between 2173 and 2174, that why husband was confused about which one to choose in the first place...

    Wrong Primary Occupation NOC

Hi everyone, After receiving GCMS notes, eligibility is marked as "Review Required" and in the agent's observations they say that the primary occupation NOC (2173) doesn't match the work experience NOCs (2174 and 2175). My husband, primary applicant, thinks that he provided primary occupation...

Hi everyone, Finally received GCMS notes and our eligibility is marked as "Review Required" (since December 2021). The issue seems to be that my husband's primary NOC (2173) is different from the NOCs he entered in his work experiences (2174 and 2175). I don't understand how this happened; I...

ALL ABOUT GCMS - HOW TO ORDER, READ, & GENERAL QUESTIONS ANSWERED

I see all these people getting their GCMS notes and I'm losing it... Anyone still waiting like me?? Also, for those getting their notes, are they dated on the day you requested them or the day you got them? My GCMS notes timeline: - November 27th (IRCC) -> Never heard back from them (90 days...

    Thank you >>>>>>>>> Legalfalcon <<<<<<<<<<<

Hi @legalfalcon My spouse and I have an ongoing PR application through Express Entry (FSW-O / AOR Dec 2020) and we were wondering if it would be okay to apply for a Working Holiday Visa in the meantime?

Ugh I am at a loss on how to get an update on my application  I filed for two sets of GCMS notes and still haven't received any. - November 27th (IRCC) -> Nothing. - January 3rd (CBSA) -> Received a notice of extension yesterday. I also called IRCC and they tell me that they can't give me...
